My Single Session is perfect if you’re looking for a motivational boost to thrive in life or need a little support navigating life’s challenges, like after a divorce. It’s a flexible way to begin your progress without a long-term commitment. Plus, you can always book additional sessions whenever you need more support.

Three-Session Package

Sometimes, a single session isn’t enough to work through what’s holding you back. With the Three-Session Package, you get more time to make meaningful progress. It’s perfect if you’re ready to invest time, energy, and effort into your growth and see real change. And you always have the option to book more sessions as you go and need them.

HOW COACHING WORKS
